The core component of the Armenian EyeCare Project’s mission is to provide eye care to those who need it in Armenia. This cannot be done without the generous donations from people all around the world. Even small donations go along way in helping the EyeCare Project reach its goal. $25 Is One Eye Exam For A Child
A $25 donation will provide an eye exam and medical treatment for one child. Eyes and vision rank among the most important health issues in children and yet, most children in Armenia begin school without having their eyes exam. Eye problems in children can have serious consequences including slow cognitive development and learning disabilities.
 
$50 Is Adult Cataract Surgery - Restore Sight to a Blind Person
A $50 donation can be the miracle of hope and vision restoration. A simple and affordable 15-minute surgery will remove a cataract and restore vision. Offering a whole new world of independence to its recipient, this gift provides for surgery with vision-correcting intraocular lens implant, post-operative care and medications.

$75 Is Low Vision Devices
A $75 gift will help purchase necessary optical devices for the visually impaired such as magnifiers, telescopes, and special eyeglasses. It's essential that all children get an education and having low vision aids will give a child with vision problems the best chance of succeeding in school and going on to lead an independent and fulfilling life. A simple magnifier or telescope can help a child keep up with the rest of his or her class.
 
$100 Is Eyeglasses For 5 Children or Adults
A $100 gift will provide examinations and new eyeglasses for five children or adults. Refractive errors (nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism) can be easily diagnosed and corrected with eyeglasses, yet thousands of Armenians do not have access to basic services to have these problems corrected. Individuals and families are frequently pushed into a cycle of deepening poverty because of their inability to see well. This gift will end that cycle.
