Volunteer Opportunities
The Armenian EyeCare Project has a wide number of volunteer opportunities in Armenia for those who have an interest in contributing their time and their skills to a people in need—and visiting Armenia and experiencing the culture. All volunteer programs are uniquely designed to meet your needs and desires as well as those of the EyeCare Project. The length of each individual's program is also variable.
If you are interested in an exciting and unique experience in Armenia the Project has three basic areas for volunteers: (1) Medial Missions; (2) Medical Observerships; and (3) Administrative and Public Health Internships. These programs are designed to appeal to people with diverse interests and desires. Volunteers pay their own expenses for airfare, lodging and food.
U.S. Medical Missions are typically held in May/June and October, but you may schedule your volunteer experience at any time.
