You can multiply your gift (double or even triple) to the EyeCare Project if you work for a company that has a matching gift plan.   

If you plan to make a donation to support the EyeCare Project check with your employer on their policies for gift matching—required forms, types of matches, amount of match and limits.   Many companies will also match donations of spouses, retirees and board members.

We will contact them for you, or you can ask your company to send a matching gift form to the EyeCare Project at P.O. Box 5630, Newport Beach, California 92662. The Project will process your matching gift form and send it back to your employer who will then send their matching gift donation directly to the Project in your name.

A matching gift from your employer will enable the EyeCare Project to provide eye care for twice as many children and adults and contribute to the elimination of preventable blindness in Armenia.
