Gifts that Bring Sight to Armenian Eyes—When you remember your friends and family with a Gift of Sight you bring hope and you change lives . . .
How it works —Select one of the following gifts to honor a friend or family member on a special occasion—birthday, anniversary, graduation, promotion—or just to say, “you are special.” Or, as a memorial to celebrate the life of a loved one. Write the gift and the amount along with their name and address on the online donation form and we will do the rest. All gifts are tax deductible! We will send a special card—designed by an Armenian child—to each person you select with a personal message from you and a description of the gift. Your compassionate Gift of Sight will change a life!
Restore sight to a blind person—$50
When the bandages are removed following surgery, grandmothers and grandfathers will see their grandchildren for the first time! One woman, with tears running down her cheeks, recently exclaimed after the bandages were removed, “Everything sparkles!” Cataract is the number one cause of blindness in the world, yet a simple surgery can remove a cataract and restore sight. This gift provides for surgery, post-operative care and medications. This gift means someone in Armenia will see again—you will change their life!
Bring eye care services to a village in Armenia—$250+
Provide eye care services for a village in Armenia, giving them access to sight-restoring surgery, prescription eyeglasses and medication to prevent and treat eye infections. Train doctors and staff in Armenia—$250
Medical education is the cornerstone of the EyeCare Project’s programs. Help train Armenian medical personnel to deliver eye care services to the people of Armenia. These professionals will provide eyeglasses, cataract surgery and medications to prevent blindness and restore sight.
Sponsor one day on the Mobile Eye Hospital—$1,000
The Mobile Eye Hospital delivers quality eye care to the outlying villages of Armenia where people live far away from eye care services and are unaware of available treatments or unable to reach a clinic or a doctor. Mobile teams of doctors and support staff provide outreach services, education, diagnostic screening and sight-restoring surgeries—bringing the gift of sight to people who would otherwise remain blind. Your special gift will sponsor a full day of mobile eye services in a remote village of Armenia, restoring sight to as many as 10 or 15 people.

Provide sight-restoring surgery for one person on the mobile Eye Hospital bringing hope for the future and changing a life.
Eye care services for a child—$50
It’s critical that children have any eye disorders or diseases corrected before the age of five or six to prevent lifelong problems. Ensure that a child in Armenia receives eye care services that will avoid low vision and blindness. Includes examinations, health education, eyeglasses and medication.
Eye care services for ten children—$500
Enable ten children to receive eye car services that can protect their vision. With your support we can make early diagnoses and prevent blindness and low vision.
Eye care equipment for Armenian doctors—$100+
